Yeah i bought a 2 gig pc8500 ram off him and it was fast good quality service and the product is still running, if i could purchase more of this type of ram off him i sure would, it was also not expensive compared to similar type of ram from other sellers on ebay!

Hi.
I specifically ordered Micron 2X1GB DIMM because my dell will only take some memory types.
This memory is supposed to be what www.crucial.com recommend after scanning my system.
I have recieved 2 unbranded DIMMs. When installed in any configuration with or without current ram my PC will not boot up. It works fine with my old ram.
I will now try in vain to get the correct ram to replace this shite he has sent me.

Having purchased 2x 1 gb memory dimms which appeared DOE, I did some further research.

I found this site and also an interesting help article on ebay regarding high density dimms. "which can cause problems in many systems... the dimms may only report half the capacity.

I went back and reviewed fmm's information on the items.
"DIMM (DUAL IN-LINE MEMORY 128 X 64) HIGH DENSITY"
I didnt know what it meant or the implications at the time of purchase.

I my case I cant blame fmm for my ignorance and subsequent wrong purchase.

Thanks for a heads up. I nearly became a moron by buying from this moron. Good thing I was looking for a paticular CF that's hard to get and stumbled on this site.

Thanks everyone.

Well, the new EBay rules on negative feedback should finish this guy off. Soon, he'll no longer be able to leave his retaliatory negatives which have intimidated many not to leave any feedback at all.

just received a socket 939 AMD Athlon64 x2 cpu from this seller. Noticed by the id on the chip that it is a different one to what it said on the advert. Sent an email off and just received one back to say that it will be exchanged but need to return it back to the States. Funny that, when it came from Birmingham in the UK. Wish I had found all this feedback before.

I agree with a lot of comments. Although my memory arrived EVENTUALLY i sent emails with out getting response and then eventually I get pre prepared replies that he must send to everyone.

Unfortunately I had to leave positive feedback as even having to wait weeks and weeks it did work ok but I know he would just have left me unecessary negative feedback in return thats the way ebay seems to work these days.

My guess his negative feedback is at least 4 times higher in realistic terms.
